DECISION

POWELL, Senior Judge:

Tried by a general court-martial consisting of a military judge sitting alone, the accused was convicted of various offenses involving marijuana in hashish form, violations of Articles 81 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 934. These offenses include conspiracy to transfer and transfer and possession of hashish on two different occasions, to which the accused pleaded guilty. He was found guilty, in spite of his pleas, of conspiracy to sell and sale of hashish. The approved sentence is dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for…
