A general court-martial composed of members convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of carnal knowledge, two specifications of assault consummated by a battery, assault with a means likely to produce death or grievous bodily harm, communicating a threat, and kidnapping, in violation of Articles 120, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 920, 928, 934 (2006).
