MEMORANDUM & ORDER

BLOCK, District Judge:

Plaintiff, Herbert Thomas (“Thomas”), initiated this action pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, seeking disclosure of records and documents contained in the files of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York (“USAO-EDNY”). By decision dated June 12, 1996, this Court granted the USAO-EDNY’s motion for summary judgment. See Thomas v. Office of the United States Attorney, 928 F.Supp. 245 (E.D.N.Y. 1996).
