Charles Baker ("Husband") and Kathleen Weaver-Baker ("Wife") agreed in their marital settlement and separation agreement ("separation agreement") that Wife would be entitled to twenty percent of the net proceeds of Husband's personal injury lawsuit pending at the time of the dissolution of their marriage.
