The plaintiff brought this action to recover upon a promissory note alleged to have been executed, and delivered by the defendants to the plaintiff. In their answer the defendants admit that they executed the note but deny that they received any consideration therefor. The case was tried to the court without a jury and resulted in a judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants, Moackrud, Satrom and Nimock, and these defendants have appealed from the judgment.
