This is an appeal from an order denying a motion for a new trial, and a judgment whereby plaintiff recovered general damages in the sum of $10,000, and special damages in the sum of $881.23 for the death of her daughter. Defendants admit liability and that the evidence sustains the findings of special damages. The' only question presented for our consideration is that the general damages awarded, in the sum of $10,000, find no evidentiary support and are excessive.
