—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Contrary to defendant’s contention, the verdict is based on legally sufficient evidence and is not against the weight of the evidence (see, People v Bleakley, 69 NY2d 490, 495). We further conclude that County Court properly denied the motion of defendant to suppress the results of his blood test taken in the hospital following his motorcycle accident.
