In an action to recover interests in certain oil, natural gas, and/or elemental sulphur fields within or immediately offshore of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Scheinkman, J.), dated September 18, 2012, which granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CFLR 3211 (a).
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
