Plaintiff Roy W. Rogers (“Plaintiff’) brings this action against the Commissioner of Social Security (“Defendant”) pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking reversal of a decision of an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) denying him Social Security Disability Insurance (“SSDI”) benefits. Defendant and Plaintiff both move for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c). The case was referred to Magistrate Judge Lisa M.
