{¶ 1} Defendant Four Links, Inc. (“the developer”), appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, which granted judgment against the developer on the cross-claim for indemnity and contribution filed by the four Logangate defendants (“the builder”) with regards to the negligent construction claim filed against them by Cynthia Stackhouse (“plaintiff”).
