The plaintiff, Anna Oster, brought an action in the superior court of Cook County against the defendants, Theodore Oster and Frances Oster, seeking to establish a constructive trust with respect to an improved parcel of real estate in the city of Chicago, for an accounting and for other relief. The master to whom the cause was referred found the issues for the plaintiff and recommended a decree accordingly.
