Appellees, Frances Middleton and Dana Sue Middleton, plaintiffs below, brought this suit against Appellant, Lillian Williams Middleton, and others, in the District Court of Coke County to enforce an alleged contract made by W. B. (Dan) Mid- dleion not to revoke his will, under which, in effect, he left all his property to his daughter, Dana Sue Middleton. Frances Middleton was the first wife of Dan Middleton and is the mother of Dana Sue Middleton.
