In Docket No. 110121, plaintiff appeals, by delayed application for leave granted, the trial court’s order entered April 15, 1988, granting defendant’s motion for summary disposition presumably under MCR 2.116(C)(8) and (10). In Docket No. 115093, plaintiff appeals as of right the trial court’s order entered on January 30, 1989, denying plaintiffs request for superintending control. The appeals were heard together. We affirm.
