The majority affirms Richard Lamar Bolden’s conviction for trafficking in marijuana, a violation of § 13A-12-231, Ala. Code 1975. Bolden contends on appeal that the trial court erred when it denied his motion to suppress evidence seized from a residence on Eddins Road in Co-warts, as a result of what he asserts was an invalid search warrant.
