MURPHY, Circuit Judge.

After the Lexington Insurance Company declined to cover expenses incurred by its policyholder R.D. Offutt Company due to a switchgear failure, Offutt brought this declaratory judgment and breach of contract action. The district court 1 granted Of-futt’s motion for summary judgment and awarded it attorney fees, and Lexington appeals. We affirm.
