OPINION

ENSLEN, District Judge.

This case is before the Court on appeal from a recent bankruptcy court decision. In a bench opinion of October 18, 1988, the bankruptcy court refused to approve a second amendment to a debtor’s proposed Chapter 13 plan filed by the debtor, Wylda Jutila, also the appellant in this case. Instead, requiring one modification, the court approved a slightly different version of her plan that same day.
