During the summer of 1979, the appellant, an architectural student at the University of Arkansas, was employed by the architectural-engineering firm of Blass, Riddick and Chilcote. While playing softball for a team sponsored by the firm, appellant broke his leg. He filed a claim for workers’ compensation which was denied, by a two to one decision of the commission, on the grounds that his injury did not arise out of and in the course of his employment.
