The order appointing a receiver of rents in a foreclosure action directed that the receiver deposit all moneys received by him in Mount Vernon Trust Company. He complied with that direction. In March, 1933, the bank, together with all other banks in the State, was closed in accordance with the proclamation of the Governor of the State, and remained closed until March "24, 1933, in accordance with the proclamation of the President of the United States.
