I would find the deputy erred in awarding claimant’s attorney a fee and would reverse.

The claimant was injured in a compensa-ble accident on February 20, 1978. Although the employer/carrier (E/C) promptly accepted the claim and timely began payment of medical and temporary total disability (TTD) benefits, the claimant retained the attorney representing him in this proceeding approximately a month after the accident.
