— In a habeas corpus proceeding, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Leggett, J.), entered June 24, 1982, which sustained the writ ¿nd directed that the petitioner be restored to parole. Judgment affirmed, without costs or disbursements. In contested parole revocation proceedings, charging petitioner with, inter alia, absconding from parole supervision, the hearing officer, after a final parole revocation hearing, determined that petitioner had in fact absconded from parole supervision, and revoked his parole.
