YANDE WALLE, Chief Justice.

[¶ 1] Hendon/DDRC/BP, LLC (“Hen-don”) appealed from a district court judgment entered upon a jury verdict awarding Hendon damages for condemnation of real property. We affirm, concluding that the jury’s verdict was supported by the evidence.

[¶ 2] Hendon owns a parcel of commercial property, including a two-tenant retail building, near Columbia Mall in Grand Forks.
