This appeal is taken from the final decree of the court below dismissing exceptions to its adjudication upon the first account of the Secretary of Banking as receiver of the Lansdowne Bank and Trust Company, of Lansdowne, Delaware County. In the adjudication a sinking fund savings account on deposit with the bank, belonging to the Edgmont Township School District was awarded a preference over other depositors.
