Head, Justice.
In the present case the allegations and prayers seeking a recovery of damages failed to show any right in the petitioners to recover. If the New Hope Baptist Church is an incorporated church or religious society within the provisions of Chapter 22-4 of the Code, an action for the recovery of damages to the church property should be brought in the corporate name of the society.
