The plaintiff, Keith Johnson, brought this action alleging employment discrimination and retaliation in violation of the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act (“CFEPA”), Conn. Gen.Stat. § 46a-60 et seq., and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Johnson also claims defamation under Connecticut common law. The defendant, C.
