Appeal from a judgment awarding tbe administrator of tbe estate of William Davies $15,000 against tbe Wabasb Railroad Company for alleged negligence in tbe killing of-plaintiff’s intestate.

*14It appears that the accident which caused the death of Davies occurred in Page county, in the state of Iowa, where the plaintiff was appointed administrator of the estate of the decedent. Thereafter the administrator commenced an action in the district court for Douglas county, in this state, and on the trial had a verdict and the judgment complained of.
