DeCICCO, Chief Judge:
The appellant was tried by a general court-martial, military judge alone, in Mayport, Florida. He pleaded guilty to sodomy with a child under the age of 16 years and to committing an indecent act with the same child on the same date in violation of Articles 125 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 925 and 934 (1994). Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of sodomy by force and without the consent of the victim and of a second indecent act with the same child but on a different date in violation of the same articles.
