Cole Bail Bonds appeals the Union County Circuit Court’s forfeiture order for a $100,000 appearance bond posted on behalf of Eric Brown, a criminal defendant. Appellant alleges on appeal that the trial court failed to give the form of notice required by statute because the summons issued by the trial court was directed to its street address rather than the post-office box address stated on the bond. We hold that the failure to strictly comply with Ark. Code Ann. § 16-84-201(a)(l)(B) (Supp. 1997) was reversible error. Therefore, we reverse.
