This’is a stiir'on a policy purporting to insure Charles H. Hill for a period of 12 months from noon on October 18, 1904, against bodily injuries sustained through external, violent, and accidental means, in the sum of $3,000; brought by Kate D. Hill, the beneficiary named therein, against the Fidelity & Casualty Company of New York, plaintiff in error, in the district court of Kiowa county.
