This matter is before the court on the joint motion of plaintiffs to determine sufficiency *173of defense of failure to state a claim and to strike (Doc. # 13).1 For the reasons set forth below, plaintiffs’ motion will be denied.

This suit arises out of prior proceedings between the parties wherein Printed Media Services (“PMS”) sought to enforce a default judgment against plaintiff Solna Web, Inc.
