In an action seeking a declaration of the rights and duties under a lease, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Leviss, J.), dated October 15, 1985, which granted the plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction restraining them from seeking to dispossess the plaintiffs.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
