Defendant Nathan Shefner (Shefner) appeals from an order of the circuit court of Cook County, striking his motion to vacate a default judgment against him dated December 14, 1989. For several reasons, we dismiss the appeal.
The history of the case is rather extensive. In 1984 William Robert Lee (Lee), represented by attorney Nathan Shefner (defendant-appellant herein), filed a complaint for an accounting and injunction against his sister, Susan Egan.
