William Joseph Johnson appeals from the district court’s dismissal of his application for habeas relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 challenging the Oklahoma Department of Corrections’ (ODOC) execution of his 1984 Oklahoma sentence for robbery with firearms. The governor revoked Mr. Johnson’s parole twice. The second revocation ordered Mr. Johnson to serve the entire remainder of his sentence.
