This is an appeal from the district court’s denial of Porter’s successive petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The prior history of this ease is set out in Porter v. Singletary, 14 F.3d 554 (11th Cir.1994), and Porter v. Wainwright, 805 F.2d 930 (11th Cir.1986). The instant proceedings began with Porter’s Rule 3.850 action in state court.
