MEMORANDUM

McCUNE, District Judge.

This is a federal tax case. The government asserts liability against North Side Deposit Bank (North Side) for unpaid withholding taxes (WT), 26 U.S.C. §§ 3401, et seq., and Federal Insurance Contributions Act (FICA), 26 U.S.C. §§ 3101, et seq., of Liberty Vehicle Leasing, Inc. (Liberty), for the third quarter of 1974, the second, third and fourth quarters of 1975, and the first quarter of 1976; and the Federal Unemployment Tax Act (FUTA), 26 U.S.C. §§ 3301, et seq., taxes of Liberty for 1975 and 1976.
