The conviction is for robbery; the punishment, life imprisonment.

The. state’s evidence shows that on the night of June 16, 1962, a man who was positively identified as the appellant entered a 7-11 Food Store and robbed the manager, Kenneth W. Phillips, of more than $300.' After obtaining the money, appellant fled from the store and was, observed by Phillips talking to a man at a nearby street intersection.
