{¶ 1} This case requires us to decide the sanction for an attorney who failed to adequately advise her client of proceedings in his divorce and then tried to hide her neglect. The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline found that respondent, Isabel Suarez of Dayton, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0015899, committed this misconduct in violation of DR 1-102(A)(4) (conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation) and (6) (conduct reflecting adversely on an attorney’s fitness to practice law), 6~101(A)(3) (neglect of an entrusted legal matter), and Gov.Bar R.…
