Stuices, Chief Justice.

Talley Watson, a married, childless farmer of Greenville County, died on May 11, 1954, leaving of force his last will dated July 12, 1951, which was duly admitted to probate. After bequest of his Ford truck, by Item III of the will testator bequeathed to his wife all of the remainder •of his personal property. In Item IV he devised all' of his real estate, which was described .as about 140 acres, .more or less, in Butler Township, to his wife for life' and upon her death to his nieces and nephews, excepting two of them whom he named.
