LOHR, Justice.

This is a disciplinary proceeding in which the Colorado Supreme Court Grievance Committee recommended disbarment of the respondent, Vincent K. Turner. The recommendation was based on the respondent’s professional misconduct in the course of his representation of clients in two separate matters, as well as his failure to respond to the grievance committee’s requests for investigation in the two matters.
