Currently pending before the Court is a motion for summary judgment [Doc. 29], filed by defendants Chevron Pipe Line Company (“Chevron Pipe Line”) and Chevron Midstream Pipelines, LLC (“Midstream”), whereby defendants seek dismissal of all claims brought against them by plaintiffs on the grounds that the claims are barred by the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act (“LWCA”), La.
