KRESSEL, Chief Judge.
The debtors appeal from bankruptcy court 1 orders which denied confirmation of the debtors’ Chapter 12 plan, modified the automatic stay and dismissed the case. We affirm.
BACKGROUND
The debtors are farmers in Jefferson, Iowa. In 2000, they refinanced their loans through the Farm Service Agency. Commerce Bank of Geneva, Minnesota provided a guaranteed loan for $182,000 that it secured with a first lien on 40 acres of the debtors’ land and a second lien on 80 acres.
