Affirming.

William Norman died a United States soldier at Camp Taylor on October 12, 1918. On September 9, 1925, the Henderson National Bank was appointed as administrator of his estate by the Henderson county court, and collected from the United States government the proceeds of a policy of war risk insurance, amounting to $7,489.
