PARRISH, Chief Judge.
Paul Allen Williamson, Jr., (defendant) was found guilty of robbery in the first degree. § 569.020. 1 He was charged as and found to be a prior offender, § 558.-016.2, and a persistent offender, § 558.-016.3. He was sentenced to ten years’ imprisonment. Thereafter, defendant filed a Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. He was determined to be indigent and counsel was appointed to represent him in that proceeding. An amended motion was filed. It was denied after an evidentiary hearing.
