This is a bill for specific performance of an alleged agreement between plaintiff, Irene Hnntt Hinson, and Guy Hnntt, deceased, to leave his estate to plaintiff.

The record shows that plaintiff is a resident of the city of Berkley, Oakland county, Michigan. When her father died, she came to Berkley to live with her sister, went to school and later took a position as a waitress in a “Barbecue” where she met Pearl Hnntt, wife of deceased.

Deceased and Pearl ITuntt also lived in Berkley, both had been previously married and deceased had 2 children by his first marriage. Guy Hnntt and Pearl Hnntt…
