(After stating the foregoing facts.)
1. On the call of the case in this court the defendants in error made a motion to dismiss the bill of exceptions, upon a number of grounds. They -insist that the plaintiffs in error, claiming to be creditors of the Jefferson Cotton Mills, filed an answer to the interventions of the Martin Institute and the Methodist Church, and that the interventions and answers thereto made two separate and distinct cases before the court.
