OPINION BY

KLEIN, J.:

¶ 1 Eduardo Caraballo was convicted of two counts of attempting to lure the same child (in this case a thirteen-year-old girl) into a motor vehicle, one count each for two attempts on two different days. The trial judge imposed the maximum sentence, two and one-half years to five years on each count to run consecutively. Thus the total sentence was five to ten years. The aggravated range for each count would be at most a minimum sentence of fifteen months.
