George Tatum, Jr. appeals from a conviction for abandonment of an illegitimate child.

The child was born on November 1, 1974. The .prosecutrix testified that she had had sexual intercourse with appellant twice, during December, 1973, and on Sunday, February 2 [sic], 1974; that she had not had such relations with any other person during that time period; and that it would not be possible for anyone else to be the father of her child.
