ORDER ON FINAL EVIDENTIARY HEARING

THIS CAUSE came on for consideration upon a final evidentiary hearing in the above captioned case. At that time, the parties amended the pleadings in open court and stipulated • to the facts in the case. The Court must determine the effect of payment of an allowed priority tax claim under a confirmed Chapter 13 plan upon dischargeability of that claim where the case is subsequently converted to Chapter 7 and a discharge entered.
