This writ of error seeks to reverse a judgment of the Municipal Court in favor of plaintiff and against defendant for $344.03. The cause was by agreement of the parties tried before the court without the intervention of a jury. Plaintiff was in the employ of defendant at a salary of $300 per month, and the suit is for money claimed to be due as salary and a few odd items, together with an additional $25 per month which plaintiff claims was due him for seven months and fourteen days.
