This is an appeal by defendant-appellant, Penny Jo Fisher (Fisher), from a conviction in a court trial of Attempted Escape From Prison.

We affirm.

FACTS

The facts and evidence most favorable to the State are; On April 28, 1971, Fisher was convicted of the crime of *19Prostitution and was sentenced to the Indiana State Women’s Prison in Indianapolis for a determinate period of one year.
