This is a petition for a writ of mandamus ordering that the Pension Board of the Permanent Officials and Employees of the Government created by Act No. 22 of September 22, 1923, as amended by Act No. 104 of 1925, allow the voluntary retirement of the petitioner who has been rendering services' as a government official for more than twenty years.
